Five quick & healthy lunch ideas for back to school

The bell has rung and kids are back to school… which means we’re back to packing lunches!

Need some inspiration to get back into the rhythm of healthy and quick lunches? Check out five lunch ideas to get started this school year!

1. Turkey Wraps — with a crunch!
Stop by University Square Bakery & Deli for some tasty turkey to pair with vegetables (think some lettuce, bell peppers, cucumbers, and other veggie favourites!). Wrap it all up in a tortilla and add a splash of sauce/dressing of your choice for the finishing touch. 

2. Egg Salad Sandwich
